We must verify your name, date of birth and address.

Name and date of birth

All documents must be currently valid

Either:

Passport

Or:

National Identity Card

Or:

New Zealand firearms licence

OR

New Zealand drivers licence AND one of the following:

• birth certificate
• New Zealand bank debit / credit card (must be signed)
• New Zealand SuperGold card (must be signed)
• New Zealand bank statement (less than 12 months old)
• New Zealand government issued letter in your name (less than 12 months old)

          (Both documents must be issued in the same name.)

Proof of address

• Proof of address from one of the following:
  
  • utility bill;
  • council rates notice;
  • landline phone bill; or
  • bank statement

(The address must match the address in your account opening form)

Note: Proof of address documents must be less than 3 months old
